SISTEMA DE ALIMENTACION POR CINTAS DE LONAS
Este cabezal se alimenta a través de cintas de lonas con barrotes transportadores. Dos cintas en sentido transversal y una central en sentido longitudinal al avance de la cosechadora. Sin fin pateador que acompaña la alimentación.
BARRA DE CORTE FLEXIBLE Y FLOTANTE CON DOBLE MANDO – CUCHILLAS
Equipada con patines individuales forrados con uhmw paragranos de acero inoxidables. Chapa alimentadora en acero inoxidable, cuerpos de flexibles montados sobre bujes de goma tipo silemblock, permitiendo un movimiento longitudinal y absorbiendo vibraciones.
ANCHO ÚTIL DE CORTE
25 pies, 30 pies, 35 pies. 37 pies, 40 pies y 45 pies de corte.
SISTEMA HIDRÁULICO
Usina hidráulica independiente a la cosechadora, generando autonomía propia del cabezal.
BASCULACIÓN
Compuesta por ruedas niveladoras, pulmón neumático con reloj lectura de libras. Las ruedas acompañan el radio de giro de la cosechadora.
MOLINETE PENTAGONAL
Nuevo diseño de Molinete Semi Orbital.
CARRO TRANSPORTADOR
Estructura reforzada, construido con tubos conformados. Sistema avantrén adelante con radio de giro 180º con lanza regulable y desmontable, ejes, cuatro paquetes de elásticos y ruedas duales con cubiertas. Paragolpes, luces, apoyo de plataforma registrable.
